House. Early C17, altered and extended C20. Timber frame, rendered and
weatherboarded. Steeply pitched thatched roof. 2 cell lobby entry plan.
1 storey and attic. Central entrance with flanking C20 3 light small
pane casements, all with hoodboards. A small dormer with eyebrow
thatching to right. Central ridge stack. Gable end exposed plates and
attic 2 light casements. Left end lean-to outshut addition. Right end
weatherboarded with a flat roofed addition. Interior: exposed framing
with tension braces, cambered tie beams, stop chamfered re-used
fireplace lintels. C20 additions to rear are not of special interest.
