Public House. C15 or early C16 origin. Exposed C16 timber frame
to rear wing. Front block has mid-late C18 red brick casing.
Plain tile roof. Dentilled brick eaves. 3 windows, the 2 on
left with C19 wood casements and a ground floor C19 canted sash
bay. Rear wing is 2.5 bays. The centre bay probably a former
hall. Brick and plaster infill. Red brick C17 stack to left of
centre. Right bay has lower part of 1st floor wall exposed on
inside, probably a former cross wing. C17 floor beams to centre
and front bays.
