House. Late C16 range with C18-19 and 20 extensions away from
road. Exposed timber frame to early part. Red brick infill.
Red brick rear wing forming a T plan. Plain tile roofs. Earlier
range has a large external stack with 2 shafts, enclosed by a
single storey weatherboarded outbuilding. Elevation to drive has
wide-spaced studs. 2 casements. Early C19 plank door on right
with simple wood frame and cut bracket hood. Small casement
dormer to right. The rear range is taller and encloses, in the
centre, a C18 gabled extension to the earlier range. Garden
elevation to this part shows 3 bays, the centre bay C18 with
diapered red brick and brick dentil cornice. First floor
tripartite sash window. The outbuildings alongside the road
have, on each side, short stretches of early C19 garden wall.
