Earlier C18, 2 storeys, 3 windows. Moderately high pitched, tiled roof.
Red brick with random, blue headers, brick cornice. 1st floor windows
modern, 3-light casements. Ground floor windows (4-light casements
in near-flush, box frames under gauged, segmental brick arches. Recessed,
altered door at 2nd bay from left.

Garden Cottage and frogmore House form a group.
