Mid C19. Three storey, two window stucco pairs and one detached house, No 12.
(See Elm Grove Road, nos 1-11). Band at first floor level. Sash windows with
glazing bars and architrave surrounds. Splayed ground floor bays to side wings
which project and have verandahs between them. Some have eaves brackets, hipped
slate roofs, Nos 8-12 (consec) have one dormer each.
Nos 8 to 18 (consec) form a group.
