Structure probably C17 but early C19 rendered front. Two storeys and attic, windows mostly altered, some late Georgian sashes. Part of the front of No
38 projects with a hipped gable. Shop front. Slate roof with dormers, old
tarred slates at rear. Fine chimney of two inch bricks at north end.
