Farmhouse. Late C17 or C18. Mostly roughcast cob on stone footings, the rear wing
of 'popples' (flint pebbles); gabled-end roof, partly of thatch, partly slate.
Originally probably a 2-room, through-passage plan with an extension to the right-
hand end, and a rear wing, the additions C19. External end stack with bake oven
bulge to left. 2 storeys.
Front: irregular 3 window range; 2-light casement windows to 1st floor; two 2-light
casement windows to ground floor; half-glazed door set right of centre. 2-light
C19 casement windows to right-hand side elevations.
Interior: straight principals of original roof sit well down in wall; roof space
not inspected.
