Villa. 1845. Bt TE Owen. Stuccoed. Low pitch Welsh slate roof,
stuccoed stack to left and right. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Entrance
on west facing side within centre projecting bay which has
rusticated front. At centre 4-panelled 2-leaf door with
fanlight, to right is a narrow 8-pane sash. 1 sash to left and
right in outer recessed bays. Guilloche band between storey
and carries round. First floor has 2 outer sashes and one
6-pane sash to centre bay with narrow sash on right. Centre
bay has cornice and parapet blocking course. Flanking bays
have projecting eaves. Right return has paired facing gables.
Rear which faces Grove Road South has facing gable on right,
stuccoed bow window with 2 sashes, the guilloche band course
broken forward as cornice over bow. To left French casement
with steps to garden. First floor has 3 sashes.
INTERIOR not inspected.
