House and attached railings. c1820-50. Stucco over brick with
concealed roof and painted brick ridge stack.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys on basement, 3 first-floor windows. Stucco
detailing includes second-floor band; tooled architraves to
windows, those to ground floor with frieze and cornice on
console brackets, those to first floor are cambered-arched and
have sills on feet. 1/1 sashes throughout, those to upper
floors are cambered. Left entrance, flight of roll-edged steps
to part-glazed door with margin-lights between side-lights and
with overlight with glazing bars. Rear retains 6/6 sashes.
INTERIOR: further 6-panel door with overlight with batwing and
circle glazing bars visible, otherwise not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: spearhead railings to side of steps and
across basement.
