Pair of attached houses. Circa 1910, designed by Orphoot and Whiting of Bideford for Christine Hamlyn. Rendered and whitewashed, steeply pitched gabled slate roofs, large end brick stacks on projecting rendered and whitewashed breasts. Plan and development: tudor style. Central paired door openings, with one principal front room to each on each side.
Exterior: two storeys and attic, Symmetrical two windows width; attics in two very large front-facing weatherboarded gables, two windows to left with three-light mullioned and transomed casements with diamond-paned leaded lights, to right a two-storeyed shallow semi-circular bay window, six-lights on each floor, diamond-paned leaded lights. Two door openings to the centre, half-glazed doors, pent-canopy over doors on three wooden brackets. All windows and doors are original of 1910.
Interior: not seen.
