House. Early to mid C17 possibly with earlier origins. Plastered cob walls.
Gable-ended thatch roof. 2 stone rubble stacks - one at left gable end and one
lateral to the front wall.
Plan: 2-room plan which may originally have been 3 rooms and through-passage with
the lower end to the right rebuilt as adjoining property. The left-hand room is
heated by a gable-end stack and the right-hand room by a front lateral fireplace.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 3-window front of late C19 or early C20 4-pane
sashes. C20 4-panelled door to left of centre and C20 plank door to right, beyond
lateral stack.
Interior inaccessible at time of survey but may contain features of interest such
as ceiling beams, open fireplaces and early roof structure.
