Cottage. Circa early C18 with C19 addition. Plastered cob walls. Thatch roof,
gabled to right end, extending over leanto at left end. Projecting plastered rubble
stack at right end with brick shaft.
Plan.: originally 1 room plan heated by end stack, C19 outshut added at left-hand
end.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window front of C20 1 and 2-light casements on
1st floor in small openings. C20 bow window to right on ground floor. C20 gabled
glazed and timber porch at centre with C20 2-light casement to left. Early C20
thatched roof porch to left into outshut.
Interior: open fireplace with plain wooden lintel.
This cottage forms part of an interesting hamlet of originally identical cottages.
