Former stables to Bolealler House now used for miscellaneous agricultural purposes.
Mid C19. Yellow brick. 2 single-storeyed ranges under gabled-end slate roofs, with
slightly projecting 3-storeyed central tower under hipped slate roof. Cogged brick
cornices throughout. Tower with 3 red brick decorative horizontal hands; round-
headed window to ground floor, square-headed hayloft opening under red brick arch
with keystone to lst floor, paired round-headed Windows above, the whole surmounted
by 2 iron finials and axial weathervane. 2 round-headed windows, and 2 round-headed
doors to left-hand range, 4 large round-headed stable doorways (with double doors) to
right-hand range, all under red-brick arches; oculus to each end elevation. Some
original plain stalls survive. Roof with tie beam, king-post and diagonal struts.
