Mausoleum of the Pond family

Mausoleum. c1881, designer unknown. Portland stone ashlar.
Early English Gothic style. 3 buttressed bays with blind
pointed windows having hoodmoulds and inscriptions. Entrance
not seen due to undergrowth but opposite end with Y-tracery
window. Trefoil enriched parapet. Pitched roof and moulded
gables with cross finials and acroteria. Contains amongst
others Christopher Pond who built the Criterion Theatre &
Restaurant.
