Cottage. Probably late C18-early C19, modernised in mid C20. Plastered cob on
rubble footings, exposed to rear; cob or stone rubble stack topped with C20 brick;
thatch roof.
2-room plan cottage facing south with right (east) end stack. 2 storeys.
Symmetrical 3-window front, 3-light casements either side and first floor 2-light
casement, now C20 casements without glazing bars. Central C20 door and
contemporary gabled and slate-roofed porch. Gable-ended roof. Rear wall is blind
except for small larder window at left end and central C20 buttress.
Interior has plain carpentry detail where exposed. Roof not inspected.
