3/149 Gate piers and gates to south-east
entrance to Kings Nympton
Gatepiers and gate. Early C19. Gatepiers of stone rubble, gates of wrought iron.
Gatepiers have piers of square section with pyramidal caps. Gates have urn finials
to the main verticals with spear-headed finials to the uprights. Cambered overthrow
with lamp bracket.
