north-west of Hill-head Farmhouse

Courtyard range of farmbuildings, comprising stables, barn and cattle linhay. Late
C18 and early C19. Painted cob and stone rubble. Stables has slate roof with gable
ends, barn and cattle linhay have corrugated iron roofs, that to barn is hipped at
left end.
Courtyard range of farmbuildings, the barn parallel with and facing the farmhouse,
with stables on lower side and linhay on upper side backing onto road. Barn has
double plank doors with rounded cob piers supporting projecting canopy, with garage
doors to left. Stables has loft door over 3 plank doors. Linhay built out into
courtyard and front enclosed in C20.
