House. Early C19. Colourwashed and plastered ; slate roof, gabled at ends ; end
stacks.
Exterior: Probably double depth with entrance hall to the left and principal room to
the right. 2 storeys. 3-bay front with regular fenestration ; panelled front door
to left with a rectangular fanlight, panelled reveals, pilasters and an entablature.
3 first floor and 2 ground floor 12-pane sashes.
From 1873-1912 the home of John Burge, ropemaker.
