1734 (see R C H M). 4 window front, 2 storey and attic. Steep slightly mansard
roof with two dormers. Brick dentil cornice, On right-hand side is a re-built
yard entry with a window above. The Georgian shop-front may be a modern copy.
House door to right of it and part of it.

All the listed buildings in Market Place, and Nos 59 to 73 (odd) East Street,
Conyers Filling Station, Nos 1 to 7 (odd), Nos 2 to 8 (even) and No 12 West
Street, and Church of St Peter and St Paul form a group; and Nos 1 to 7 (odd)
form a group with Nos 1 and 3 Salisbury Road.
