Churchyard cross at Church of St Peter

1871, G.E Street, carved by T.W Earp. Octagonal plinth with pedestal verts on three steps. Octagonal base has four sculptured panels (Nativity, Crucifixion, Ascension, Martyrdom of St Peter) alternating with lower foliage panels. Ribbed shaft on moulded base has foliage capital supporting boldly foliated cross with central boss.

The Church of St Peter, Churchyard cross, Lychgate, Chapel of the Resurrection, and two groups of gravestones form a group.
