C18 with additional later bay. Coursed stone farmhouse at right angles to Over Lane. Slates. Coped gable ends, end and off centre chimneys. Two storeys. Main part has 3 windows, late C18/early C19 casements. Later western section has rendered facade and one unbarred sash. Coursed stone rubble coped garden wall ramped up near house.
