Cottage, originally a pair. Early C19. Regularly coursed gritstone with projecting quoins, central stone stack, with diamond chimneys in C20 brick, hipped roof with concrete tiles. Two storeys, two bays, with glazing bar sashes set into flush stone frames. Two doorways with massive stone surrounds, one now blocked, the other with a plain planked door.
