Mid C19. Stucco. The main block is of storeys with a two-storeyed one window wing on the left-hand side; three sash windows, plus one blocked to splayed return on right-hand side, all in moulded architraves; doorway on splayed return has moulded architrave with segmental head and fanlight; bold moulded eaves; part tiles and part slates. Four-windowed returned side to The Causeway.

Nos 4 to 14 (even) and Former Wirksworth Maternity Home form a group.
