C18. Red brick, slate roof. 3 storeys, one window. Top floor with boxed frame
and glazing bars, 1st floor modern casement, ground floor C19 double sash probably
originally used as a shop window. Door has reeded architrave and medallions.

All the listed buildings on the East Side of Buxton Road form a group at the
north entrance to Ashbourne.
