House. Early C19. Stucco scribed as ashlar, end pilasters, hipped slate roof, wide eaves, end rendered stacks with
moulded caps. Symmetrical frontage, Two storeys, 3 bays, 16-pane sash windows to first floor, French windows to ground
floor with glazing bars. Central door openings; 5-panelled door, top 2 panels glared; tent-canopied verandah on
ornamental cast-iron supports extending along ground floor, short section to left return in a similar style. Section of
rubble boundary wall to right, dressed stone capping; cast and wrought-iron railings to forecourt, urn finials at
intervals, on a low rubble plinth; gateway to left, each pier a single slab of Dolomitic conglomerate, railed
wrought-iron gate,
