House and attached barn. Late C18, altered and extended in early C19. Rendered
stone with gritstone dressings, and stone slate roofs, that to barn, hipped. House
two storeys, barn single storey. House two bays and barn single bay. West
elevation of house has 2-light flush mullion window to north with C20 glazed door
and small single light window, in former doorcase,to south. Beyond to south, a
large glazing bar sash in flush surround. Above a 2-light flush mullion window.
Barn attached to rear at northern corner with main facade to the south, having a
large flat headed arch with Doric attached columns to either side. Above, near
eaves, two large decorative stone plaques, fluted to either side diamond design,
carved in relief.
