Lodge, now house. Early C19, altered and extended early and
late C20. Painted rough-cast, slate gabled roofs. Gothic
style. Irregular plan.
EXTERIOR: single storey. One chimney with clay pot.
Overhanging eaves with large, curved brackets. Scalloped
bargeboard to gables in main section.
East (entrance) elevation: central, 6-panelled door and one
2-light casement window each side with shallow ogee heads with
Gothick glazing. Ogee fanlight over door. Shutters to windows.
Above the door an 8-cusped wheel window with leading. Slightly
projecting single-storey extension at left with C20, 3-light
casement window with glazing bars.
Pent extension set back at right, under extended roof, has
half-glazed door and small window with ogee head.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
