Earlier/mid C19. Picturesque. Facade rendered white. Crested tiled roof with
fishscale and plain bands. Gables with pierced bargeboards. Irregular facade.
2 1/2 storeys including 1 gabled dormer. 11 windows, all Gothic arched glazing and
with black spandrels. Black dripstone moulds above except for the 4 windows in
southern, lower section. Porch modern but includes 3 original Gothic arches.

No 11 and Staple Cross Manor form a group.
