Possibly school house and room, now house, c 1800. Brick, tiled roof with hipped end to right. Two/three storeys, three window range. Sash windows with vertical glazing bars. Right: one ground floor and two upper floor windows are three-light stone mullioned and transomed windows with square returned labels. Each light has four-centred head. Right ground floor window partially obscured by later lean-to. Panelled door. Continuous wooden wall plate two courses below right upper floor windows.
