Early to mid C19 front. 2 storeys, 3 window bays, stucco above, pebbledash
to level of high plinth. Sash windows with glazing bars. Stone doorway
with tapered Doric pilasters and entablature. Rectangular fanlight. Hipped
plaintile roof.

Premises occupied by the South Western Dairies with railings and gate bounding
garden to west and wall and gateways to east, Brewery Cottage, Premises
occupied by the Slessor Club, Bute House, Brecon House and Dwarf Wall,
Railings and gates to Brecon House form a group.
