Roughcast front with late C18 to early C19 details, probably earlier core
2 window bays, 2 storeys and attic. 2 box dormers with segmental heads,
old 3-light metal casements. Chamfered quoins, plinth. Altered sash windows.
Early C19 door architrave; panelled reveals, modern glazed door which has
replaced 6-panelled door.

All the listed buildings on the North Side of Greenhill from Newell Cottage
to Belmont: and on the South Side from Delta to premises occupied by Godden
and Curtis form a group.
