Granary and attached cartlodge. Late C16 granary with early C19 cartlodge.
Granary is a 2 storey 3 bay timberframed building, clad in weatherboarding with
asbestos sheeted roof. Interior has heavy beams with 2 inch chamfers and run
out stops, diamond mullioned windows and heavy wall bracing, with housings in
both brace and stud. Attached to the south west is a quadrant shaped early C19
cartlodge, open-sided with Sussex bond brick rear wall and hipped slate roof.
