Dated 1857. Red brick with stone dressings; 3 storeys; 2 semi-circular
headed windows in rusticated stone surrounds with keyblocks and "Gothic"
glazing bars; doorway with similar treatment and plain fanlight; plain stone
cill bands and plinth; corbelled eaves; tiles.
