II

House. Between 1800-1811 for John Graham, with mid-C19 wings. Rendered
sandstone walls, graduated slate roof, rendered chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 5
bays, flanked by 2 storey single bay wings. Chamfered plinth course and raised
quoins to both house and wings, coped gables with kneelers to house, with hipped
roof to wings. Portico has Corinthian columns with moulded and ornamented
entablature, C20 door. Sash windows with glazing bars have plain surrounds.
Victorian outbuildings to rear, are not included in the listing.
