Range of C18-C19 buildings now one tenement. It comprises a 2 storeyed timber-framed and plastered cottage with an outbuilding adjoining
on the south-west. This is said to have been an early charity school
and school house. Casement windows.
Roof thatched to the cottage and pantiled on the outbuilding. There is an
early C18 barn on the street frontage to the west. Timber-framed and plastered
on the upper part and flint pebbles on the lower part. Decoratively arranged
ventilation openings in the gable walls have been infilled with modern coloured
glass. Roof slate.
