2 terraced houses. c1790, No.115 heightened later C19.
No.115: yellow stock brick. Slate mansard roof with
pedimented, segmental-arched dormer window set in brick
parapet with brick dentil cornice below. Round-arched doorway
with panelled pilaster-jambs and cornice-head, fanlight and
panelled door. Gauged brick flat arches to recessed sash
windows. Plain stucco band at original 1st floor sill level.
Cast-iron balconies to 1st floor windows. No.117: darkened
stock brick with rusticated stucco ground floor. Slate mansard
roof with dormers. Round-arched doorway with panelled
pilaster-jambs and cornice-head, radial patterned fanlight and
panelled door. Gauged brick flat arches to recessed sash
windows. Plain stucco band at 1st floor sill level. Cast-iron
window guards to 1st floor windows. Parapet.
INTERIORS: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings with urn
finials to areas.
