Terraced house, originally probably 3 houses. Early C18 with
late C19 porch. Brown brick with bands at floor levels. 3
storeys 7 windows. Central projecting 2-storey gabled porch
with ogival arched doorway. Segmental arched flush framed and
recessed sashes. Recessed panels between houses at 1st and 2nd
floors. Parapets. INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORICAL NOTE: believed, during the C18, to have been used
with No.110, Grove Cottage (qv) as a public house variously
called The Three Pigeons, Ye Pilgrim, The Windmill and The
Duke of Cumberland. Diaghilev company prima ballerina, Tamara
Karsavina lived here during the 1950s (English Heritage
plaque).
