1850s on older site. Cement rendered, concealed roof. Three storeys and basement. Two bays. Left hand bay flanked by pairs of channelled pilasterstrips with wreaths above, frieze cornice, blocking course and end blocks. Moulded cornice over ground floor. Late marginally glazed sash windows to upper floors, panels between floors. Round headed ground floor window with tall key wide semi-circular plan steps to door on right with bracketted hood over.
