House. C16, with Cl7 and C18 alterations. Timber framed, with colourwashed
plaster render, retaining a little pinhole pargetting in herringbone pattern.
Thatched roof, hipped to S. 4-room plan, S bay being later addition.
Criginally an open hall, with ceiling inserted C17, resulting in one-storey
and attics building. E elevation : variety of casements, 4 to ground floor, 2
to eyebrow dormers, mostly with diamond leading. C2L glazed door in line with
rebuilt red brick double ridge stack. Framing of original timber framed smoke
bay visible to interior. C20 wing projects from elevation, colourwashed
with thatched roof.
