C19 farmhouse, coursed limestone rubble, modern tile roof. L-plan. Two storeys. Front elevation has two ground floor sashes with glazing bars flanking plain front door with semi-circular fan-light over. First floor has three sashes with glazing bars. All windows have single stone block heads with false keystone in slight relief. Rear wing has two three-light casements facing east, the upper with leaded lights.
