1860's town house with 2-storey neo-classical facade and basement. Plaster
rendered with moulded detail. Slate roof. Two storeys and basement. Bracketed
eaves cornice. Projecting plaster quoins alternately plain and with flower
decoration. Five first floor sashes with glazing bars; cornices on consoles
and pilasters with tendril decoration. Plaster cill band framing simple guilloche
decoration. Two simple ground floor sashes flanking doorway with plain fanlight,
narrow side lights, decorated Corinthian pilasters, entablature and cornice.
Door approached up 5 steps with plain side walls. Side elevation has 2 plain
windows each storey as per ground floor front elevation. Semi-circular fanlight
in gable end apex. Modern extensions to rear.
