Mid C19 terrace in Luton grey bricks with stuccoed ground floor, Welsh slate
roof. Three storeys and basement. Yellow brick corner quoins dividing Nos
15 and 17. The second floor sashes, 2 each floor, have simple architrave
surrounds; the first floor ones have cornices on consoles. Stuccoed band
between first and ground floors. Rusticated stucco to ground floor with 3
arched sashes with marginal glazing bars. Similar arched doorways to Nos
13 and 15. No 17 has door in reveals with bracketed cornice. Doors up 3
steps with plain side walls defining wells in front of facades and behind
cast iron railings to street.
