Outbuildings to north of Wardown Park House include arched classical style
courtyard entry, dated 1877. Luton grey bricks and terracotta detailing,
design same as on portecochere. One side of link block to the main house
forms a curtain wall. Six windows with glazing bars, stone lintels and cills
under a parapet partly concealing slate roof. Continues to north of gateway
for short length of wall before becoming gable end of outbuilding. This has
stepped coping with pyramidal terra cotta caps, and single tall round headed
light in apex. Outbuilding belonging to it in red and Luton grey bricks with
gable end having clock towards right hand side of range. This building is
included for its group value with the gateway.
