House. Circa 1840s. Stuccoed and rendered, slate-hung on right-hand side. Slate
roof with hipped end on right and gable end on left, adjoining hipped end of number
22 Church Hill (qv). Brick axial chimney stack shared by 2 properties.
2 room single depth plan with courtyard to rear and entrance through to courtyard on
right-hand side of property.
3 storeys regular 2-window front with ground sloping steeply to right. Ground floor
with C19 2-light horizontal sliding sash to left and wide opening to courtyard on
right with 4 C20 partly glazed doors. First and second floors with C19 12-pane
hornless sashes with moulded and exposed sash boxes.
