A house of early C19 date.

PLAN: on an L-plan with an extension to the rear.

MATERIALS: the front elevation of the building is built of brick, which has been rendered, with rusticated quoins to either side. It has a slate roof, which is hipped at one end. There is a plain stone band under the eaves.

EXTERIOR: the two-storey building is three bays wide with eight-over-eight sash windows to the principal elevation. To the ground floor there is a central round-headed doorway, with a six-panel door with a hand and wreath knocker and an arched fanlight with patterned glazing.

INTERIOR: the interior of the building retains several period features.
