Farmhouse. C18, with mid C19 wing. Main part rendered on red brick with flared headers, part colourwashed, wing red brick, north west or main front has slate roof pitch, remainder concrete inter-locking tiles. Letter-L plan, 2 storeys. North west front of 3 bays has central 6-panel door and panelled reveals reveals to architraved doorcase and cornice hood. Recessed barred sash windows. Moulded eaves. Stack to road side gable elevation -which has 1 blind first floor window, 1,ground floor sash. Mid C19 wing 2 storeys, central architraved doorcase, cornice hood. Casements. have single central horizontal glazing bar.
