SP 82 SW CUBLINGTON HIGH STREET

5/9 Old House Farmhouse

House. C17, altered C19 and extended C20. Left bay has timber frame
with thin brick infill, some of the upper panels herringbone.
Remainder brick. Steeply pitched slate roof, central brick chimney
with grouped shafts. One storey and attic, 4 bays. Right-hand
bay is C20 addition. Left bay has no windows. Centre bays have
C19. leaded easements, 3-light with segmental heads to ground floor,
2-light in gabled eaves-line dormers. Right bay has similar C20
windows but with flat head to ground floor. 6-panelled door in
architrave frame between left bays. Small brick outbuilding
with corrugated iron roof attached to right.
