Probably originally medieval but rebuilt and altered in C19, probably
in 1892 when the road was improved. Ashlar and coursed rubble. 3 semi-circular
arches with cutwaters on the North. Incorporated in the North parapet
wall is a memorial plaque of incised granite to Lieutenants Bettington
and Hotchkiss of the RFC. Killed in an aeroplane crash in 1912.
