C18; post-1772 by George West the Elder (see N Temple, "Farnham Buildings
and People" p 54). Cl8. 2 storey. Same design as Map No 39 with 2 windows
on 1st floor, large window, 4 panes wide, to right hand on ground floor and
6-panel door in doorcase of panelled pilasters, scroll brackets, broken dentilled
entablature and open pediment. The cap moulds carried across doorhead and
architrave round arch. Arched fanlight of carved and wreathed radiating
pattern. 3 moulded stone steps. Stable entry to right hand with one window
over; moulded eaves cornice; double wooden boarded doors below.
