Early C18, possibly refronting of timber frame with slight overhang, stucco
faced. 3 storeys, deep moulded boxed cornice, steep gable end tiled roof with
2 gabled dormers. 4 windows, no glazing bars to sashes in flush architraves,
those on lst floor with friezes and pedimented cornices. Modern shop front
to ground floor, lead rainwater head and down pipe.

No 2 Thames Street; Knights Tavern; Nos 5 to 16 (consec) Thames Street and Nos 18 to 25 (consec)Thames Street, form an important group.
